Jack Southan is a UK-based freelance travel writer,  restaurateur and adventure enthusiast. He once spent considerable time overseas – living in the jungles of Thailand, hiking the Himalaya or riding bikes though South Africa, though now he is settled in Brighton with several restaurants.
